There are two companion pictures to this one, one with Mother and one with just us three kids. In the one with Mother the look on my face kind of tells what I was thinking, and I may not have been too sure about Dwight's playing with a cat in the other one. I don't remember about that one.
Ditty to my comment on the top picture - except that Louise always said that she objected to my making mud pies while everyone else posed.
