It does sound like we're on the mark, as to the cause of Mother's being in the hospital. Love the fees for daily care. And how could we forget Dr. I.Q. or Fibber McGee and Molly? Sounds like life was topsy-turvy without Mother. I'm so glad that Dwight and Louise got to keep me busy - the letters are real gems. How did Daddy get the cows milked? And poor Judy and her teething. Thank you for preserving these and posting them.

What a neat insight. I think generations to come will really miss out because we no longer write letters. Question - I know why Mother went to Billings when Louise was born, but why did she go to Billings this time?
