I would vote it is Dad, but I think I am too late for a prize. This is another instance where enlarging the picture brings out a treasure.
Those crossed arms and the slant of the hat are a give away. I was so excited when I saw Dad there, it was like he came to visit.

Until I scanned this picture, I always thought it was just a photo of the cabin which Dad helped build while living at the ranch. Be sure to enlarge to see who is sitting on the rail of the front porch!
