Can you make out any of the cancellation stamp? - I can only see the date,not the year, nor the place it originated from - will this enlarge?
The cancellation stamp says "Midwest, Wyoming" (where is that?) and the date is Mar 12, 1929.
And double click on the copy and it will enlarge.
Midwest is by Casper.

The date on this letter was March 12, 1929. Who do you suppose wrote like this? If I had to write like this, I wouldn't have time to do anything on the blog! Just a fun example of beautiful writing from long ago!
