Spring did come to Washington! It's a welcome sight! My grape hyacinths, crocuses, daffodils, etc. are still resting under about a foot of snow that hasn't left us yet. Oh, well, the rest of the lawn is almost clear - only a dusting from last night's snowstorm. Ain't life grand?
This picture belongs in one of those magazines that I look at each spring and wish my yard could look like that. I suspect this sight makes you smile. And the snow still falls, but it is alleged it will be up to the upper 70's by Sunday. NOT!

That's funny, grape hyacinths remind me of MY mother, too!
