Just a saved letter shared between two boys who were cousins and friends. The stationary, the childish penmanship, and the sentiment make it easy to connect to the time, the place and the children.
Dad always had such fond remembrances of his cousins Stan and Bob. As things turned out, he did spend one summer and fall with them - the year of 1916, while his father was ill and in Ft. Collins. It is of note to realize that Stan, who was the same age as Dad, will be 100 years old this year, and has had to move into an assisted living facility in the last year.

I would love to know more about the business cards. How old would you guess Stanley was?
